This add-on includes the section name of the Band Member along with a Name. This will be placed onto the arm of any sleeved shirt, and in the middle of the razor back of the tank top.
INSTRUCTIONS: After adding the selection into the cart - type the name in the "Special instructions for seller" in the cart and detail what item# and size it is to be placed onto. If there is more than one item, please be sure to indicate each one.
